Optimized Assembly Process for Track Roller Main Shaft and Side Cover
2026-07-30
To enhance the stability and service life of construction machinery under heavy-duty working conditions, our company has upgraded the assembly process for track roller main shafts and side covers. Adopting standardized and refined assembly procedures, we have greatly improved the assembly accuracy, sealing performance and load-bearing capacity of track roller assemblies.
As a core load-bearing component of undercarriage systems, the track roller’s durability largely depends on the precise assembly of its main shaft and side cover. The upgraded process effectively solves common industry problems such as uneven assembly gaps, poor sealing and shaft misalignment.
During production, we conduct precise calibration, polishing and pressure testing for main shafts, together with accurate positioning and uniform pressing for side covers. With high-quality sealing parts and standardized installation procedures, the finished rollers effectively prevent oil leakage, water and dust ingress, protecting internal bearings and shaft structures.
Compared with traditional processes, the new assembly solution delivers higher structural strength and operational stability. It is widely applicable to excavators, bulldozers and loaders, perfectly adapting to harsh working environments of mines and infrastructure construction. Field tests prove that the upgraded track rollers feature lower failure rates, longer service life and higher reliability, greatly reducing equipment maintenance costs and downtime.
