Our specialized workshop for excavator track shoe assembly has upgraded its full precision machining production lines, realizing one-stop processing of track plates, chain links, pins and matching assemblies for all series excavators.
The whole production flow includes raw material cutting, CNC stamping, surface quenching, precision drilling and finished product assembly. Each track shoe assembly is made of high-strength wear-resistant steel, and goes through strict hardness and load testing after processing to guarantee stable performance under heavy-load mining and construction conditions.
